Hard or Fixed Bindings
 Our hard bound thesis are produced to the highest standards of workmanship using the finest materials. Bindings conform to the standards adopted by the majority of British universities. These bindings are made from 2 mm board, covered with best quality buckram and in the colour specified by either you or the university. The book's spine will be titled, usually with your name, degree and year in gold. Optional extras include titling on the front cover, document or CD pockets. We also make special bindings or folders for project presentations by graphic designers, architects etc.

Soft Bound, Cloth & Card
 Soft bindings are generally used for draft copies and viva presentations. These books are adhesive bound then covered front and back with a thick, pattern embossed coloured card. Alternatively, the front cover can be clear to reveal the title page. These books are finished with a buckram spine that can be titled. The completed book is then finished by trimming flush on three sides.

While these represent the main styles of binding, some institutions and European universities have individual requirements. We have considerable experience of specialist binding and are pleased to accommodate these where possible.
