We are happy to accept files in both MAC and Windows format and then print your project. Files can be sent either as email attachments or copied onto CD, DVD, ZIP100 or even 3½” floppy disks and sent  by post or personal delivery.

Whilst the majority of thesis or dissertations are produced using MS Word, we are happy to receive files in the majority of formats produced by other programs and on other platforms. We have computers operating both MAC and WINDOWS platforms supporting a very wide range of software applications.

However, as there are many software versions and individual ways of formatting documents, layouts may sometimes change. The ideal way of ensuring that your project is printed exactly as you intended, is to produce a PDF file. If you don't have the software to produce PDF files, we provide that service. 

If you wish us to do this for you, send us your files and we will create a PDF with Adobe Acrobat Professional to ensure the best results then email it to you for checking. After reviewing the proof, you will have the opportunity to tell us of any last-minute alterations or additions before we print. If you do not have a PDF reader, a link is provided below to download the latest free copy of Adobe Reader.

Scanning
Should you have documents, photographs or artwork for inclusion that have not been digitised, we have the facility to make professional quality scans of even very large documents. These can be reduced to the normal page size or produced as 'fold-outs'
